The Barista Chronicles is the ranting of a Greek Australian barista named Poppi and she's heading to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017.

Marion Pilowsky and Maria Humphreys based the character around Maria’s own experience behind the coffee machine in Adelaide, South Australia. Debuting the one woman show to critical acclaim at the Adelaide Fringe, Maria is off to Scotland to teach them a thing or two about our mad coffee culture - and smashed avo addictions...
